RETURNS:
You have 14 calendar days to return a candle from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your return we will notify you of the status of your refund after the candle is inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending upon your card issuers policies.
